If a pricing or product-detail issue affects your order, we may contact you before fulfillment, cancel the order, or discuss another available option.

• Prices may change before an order is accepted.
• Product photos may help identify the model family but may not show every cosmetic detail of an individual unit.
• Specifications are provided to support comparison, but included parts should be confirmed on the product page.

Placing an order means you are requesting to buy the selected item. An order is accepted when we confirm it and begin fulfillment.

• We may verify email, payment, or inventory details before shipment.
• We may decline or cancel orders affected by stock issues, payment problems, suspected fraud, or listing mistakes.
• If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the eligible refund is sent back to the original payment method.

We may limit quantities by customer, order, household, or business account when stock is limited or when order patterns require review.

Sales tax may be collected when required under applicable tax rules. Tax amounts are shown during checkout when they apply to the order.

Printer inventory is limited and may not return in the same quantity or price. If an item becomes unavailable after checkout, we will contact you regarding cancellation, refund, or a possible replacement option.
